The numerical information system created has demonstrated to be effective in the means of determining the effect of issuing laptops to students on the staff and the students, presenting their perspectives. The system consisted of a survey that collected the data from students and staff that contained similar content.
Once the data from the online spreedsheet had been downloaded into an Excel spreadsheet, analysis of the data took place through sorting the information into particular worksheets in order to to make any links or to determine trends.

There weren't many noticable trends presented on either survey, although there are significant links that are evident between the staff and student analysis. Both present links in particular between productiviy of work and care towards laptops.

While students are enthusiastic by the preposition of being issued laptops, most if not majority of the students had stated that more care would be shown towards them if there are more laptops that are issued to them. However, some did say that some students may not while the staff also supported this.

The analysis required a number of formula's and functions that finally presented the data in graphs. Functions and Formula's such as "COUNTIF", "Average","Sum" and a variety of graphs.

The numerical information system alows the evaluation of whether issuing laptops to students will be effect of now and what factors need to be considered when doing so.
